Do Long Range EV really reduce lifetime carbon emissions?

Updated: Aug 7

Due to carbon emissions from manufacturing batteries, long range (300 miles) will need to be driven for more years/miles than a shorter range EV. Short range take 20k miles and long range can be up to 80k miles (depends on source of electricity).
